**WELLBEING WORKER: PHYSICAL HEALTH & WELLBEING (OXFORDSHIRE)**
**Hours**: 30 hours per week (Part-Time)
**Salary**: £25,000 - £26,906 (Pro Rata) Salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge
**Contract**: Fixed Term - 1 Year
**Base**: Oxfordshire (Travel across the geographical area as required)

- Knowledge of how mental health can impact physical health
- An understanding of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults
- Experience of working within mental or physical health, wellbeing or similar environments
- Experience of working in a demanding environment
- Experience of working as part of a team and communication effectively
- Experience of working with individuals enabling them to identify their own goals to support personal wellbeing and recovery
- Ability to work both collaboratively as a team and independently
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use confidently use Outlook, Word and Excel at a basic level
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge/understanding of our values:

- Working alongside people to help them realise their potential
- Raising awareness, promoting understanding and challenging stigma
