**Expiry Date**: 09 August 2023- I am currently supporting a leading offshore vessel operator working in the renewables space to hire a Crewing Officer in Liverpool.

In this role you will you will be responsible for manning a number offshore vessels, ensuring all crew are compliant with legislation and hold the correct certification and qualifications. You will provide an efficient customer focused HR service for all directly employed crew as well as those engaged via a third party agency, amongst various other HR and Crewing related duties.- Degree Education desirable, ideally in HR or Business management
- Previous experience working in a Marine Crewing or in HR (desirable)
- A keen interest in specialising in Marine Crewing / HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office programmes
- Be based permanently in Liverpool UK
- Willingness to travel when required
- Ability to work under pressure with some ad hoc out of hours work

In order to be considered you must be prepared to be based permanently in Liverpool and be prepared to work from the company HQ for a three days per week.
