**The Role**:

- Predominantly office based with some requirement to travel to the port to board the vessels when required
- Making necessary arrangements in order to ensure vessels both berth and sail on schedule
- Arranging transport, accommodation and the transport of ship supplies for the crew
- Forming strong working relationships with terminal operators and port authorities
- Arranging inspections and cargo repacking
- Checking invoices for payment
- Ship's husbandry or port operations experience is preferred but not essential
- Able to work under pressure and be flexible where required
- Knowledge of CNS & Destin8 is advantageous
