**Job Overview**:
The Operations Coordinator position is a key role within our Supply Chain Team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing all supply chain activities related to our Direct to Consumer Operations.

**Key Responsibilities as an Operations Coordinator at Groupe SEB**:

- Ensuring orders are received, managed through systems and within the SLA.
- Collecting data and sharing insights with the Supply Chain Team to address any operational and consumer satisfaction matters to drive change and optimization.
- Managing customer communications for any queries pre-delivery.
- Working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure resources are allocated correctly and operationally enhanced to optimize performance and reduce costs for online and offline sales channels.
- Implementing and monitoring of KPIs and adherence against SLA (online availability, order preparation, parcel carrier performance etc).
- Processing stock orders for internal teams and updating systems accordingly.

**Qualifications and Skills required as an Operations Coordinator at Groupe SEB**:

- You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
- You will be analytical with an ability to create insights and plans around data.
- You are a problem solver and have a “can do” attitude to problem-solving whilst working cross-functionally.
- You are a team player, able to communicate with ease cross functionally to get the job done.
- You are self-motivated and able to manage your own end-to-end processes.

**Overview on package - Operations Coordinator - Groupe SEB**:

- Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (09:00am to 05:30pm).
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross collaboration.
