The Digital Product Lead is responsible for leading a customer-facing agile product team to evolve the existing digital product experience. They are accountable for the product design process from ideation to iteration which can often include work to define solutions, prioritize backlogs, run A/B tests, and validate product successes. Their product squad typically consists of designers, engineers, researchers, product specialists, business analysts etc. Additionally, they work closely with other product owners to ensure end-to-end customer journey alignment. The Digital Product Lead is a tenured product owner as accountable for high value portions of the customer journey and are expected to be strong standalone product owners.

- Focused on the end user, our customer and can measure how our work makes a difference. Hyper collaborative, you acknowledge how important team work is for long term success

**About you**:

- Experienced Product Manager, working with agile development teams to build world class consumer facing products
- Experienced in creating Product tactics (e.g. roadmaps, plans or a set of objectives to achieve an objective) and can demonstrate where you have taken new products to market
- Experience working with data and insights to understand and measure your work

We are looking to conduct assessments for this role during the first and second week of January 2023.
