As a Publicity Assistant, you’ll be supporting our publicists in their daily roles as we maintain and build profiles of some of the UK’s most exciting and talented people.

**You'll be**
- Supporting the publicists in their day to day duties such as planning, brainstorming, workshops and more.
- Support the publicists with client reporting and updates, ensuring all client status
reports are looking up to date and polished every day.
- Send out press releases and organising mail out, gifting and more.
- Leading on the daily news trends review meetings.
- Lead, manage and update office master media and influencer lists.
- Build and manage the media library.
- Managing client coverage and reporting on all of our great work.
- Produce and managing the team creative, slate and events calendar.
- Provide support to the publicists on all events, screenings and parties.
- Write reports with attention to detail so they look impressive and show off the great work we do.
- Happy to support the broader team with any ad hoc tasks.

**You'll have**
- Have work experience within a PR Agency ideally in the entertainment industry.
- Have a passion for media, news and editorial - be it social, traditional, TV - you'll know what's happening in the world (lead on the daily news meetings).
- Know your press - from your magazines, onlines, to your newspapers and podcasts, TV and radio shows.
- Confident with speaking to external clients and have experience presenting in meetings.
- Have brilliant written and verbal communication with strong PowerPoint, Word and
Excel skills.
- A willingness to learn and get stuck into whatever is tasked by the team.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000
**Logistics**: Based from the Soho office full time.

**Perks**:
28 days annual leave, bank holidays & 2 weeks off at Christmas

Time back in lieu of working weekends and evenings.
