**About the role**

Responsibile for chasing the debts of the companies' debtors along with building and maintaining relationships with customers. There will also be a requirement to assist in other finance duties when time permits.

**Key responsibilities**
- Handling of day-to-day credit control activities
- Liasing with customers
- Chasing outstanding debt via verbal and written correspondence
- Query management
- Monthly/weekly debt calls
- Establishing strong relationships with internal departments
- End to end management of customer base
- Assisting with new customer onboarding
- Sending statements and reminders
- Staff Training and upskilling
- Any ad-hoc duties required

**Skills and experience**
- 2+ years of credit control experience
- Proficient in in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines and cash collection targets
- Ability to lead by example and is a team player
