At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier We’re looking for a stop smoking advisor to join our One You East Sussex service.

Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.

A typical day as a** Stop Smoking Advisor** might include:

- running a clinic from a GP surgery, seeing clients face to face
- providing a non judgemental, safe environment for clients
- delivering evidence-based interventions that focus on smoking cessation,behaviour change, and psychological support to save lives by helping smokers quit for good
- keeping admin up to date on several different IT platforms
- working at a fast pace to keep to appointment times
- attend webinars to keep your practice up to date
- order nicotine replacement therapy to be sent to clients
- liaise with team members and support the smooth running of service
- some travel between clinics
- flexible working pattern in a supportive, positive environment

**Contract**: Full time fixed term contract until March 2024, with a view to extending dependant on funding.

**Salary**:Starting at £21,000 per year (rises to £25,000)
- Applicants will be contacted to outline the next stages of the process. Interviews are likely to take place w/c 10th June. There will be an initial informal chat via Teams then successful applicants will be invited to an in person interview day._

**Location**: This job is based in _mainly in the Hastings and surrounding area. Travel to and from clinics and to our main office in Eastbourne is required, therefore you will need to be a car owner. You will be mainly in the field with some occasionally office based work and team meetings. Flexible working hours can be arranged depending on service needs._
