The full claims handling solution is a bespoke and modular build to meet the specific needs of customers

Active dashboard reporting provides online and real-time data to make those all-important risk management decisions.

You will need to be a proficient communicator with the ability to work independently on a wide range of tasks, and be open to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements and skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Familiar with CRM Systems / Data-Entry

The vacancy is based at our Branston office and is a full-time office vacancy working 9-5 pm.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
