**Salary**: £54,793+ (depending on skills and experience)

**What you’ll be doing**:
Working alongside the Senior Finance Business partner (SFPB), to help drive both Operational and Financial Performance in the Integrated Operations area within the COO Operations business (including sector wide transformation projects) and to deliver both short
- and long-term plans and targets

Support the SFBP to drive ongoing performance improvement across Integrated Operations and associated functions which includes building relationships across the multi-functional domain at senior level across the global Air SectorProvide support to the Air Sector 5-year business plan process which includes defining strategies and setting expected level of performance, ensuring that there is adequate funding for business change and functional improvement activitiesWork collaboratively and build relationships with key external & internal stakeholders ensuring plans communicated clearlyEngaging cross functionally, with Senior Managers and Budget Holders, to drive business improvements for business operationsUse business acumen to provide financial challenge of any new business activity to enable approval of business cases and delivery of the business strategy balancing customer need with maximising shareholder value

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Must be a fully Qualified Accountant CIMA / ACCA / ACA (not AAT)
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders with the business with a proactive and inquisitive nature
- Ability to explain financial issues to non-Finance staff and to distil complex issues, opportunities and challenges in a succinct, compelling narrative

Desirable:

- Experience as a Finance Business Partner engaging with non-Finance staff and providing decision support to stakeholders
- Experience in supporting the delivery of long-term complex programmes / projects / handling Bids
- Experience in business transformation
