**What you’ll be doing**:
This is a Finance Business Partner (FBP) role within the FalconWorks business and finance team. Working in line with the FBP vision; “We are trusted business advisors, integral to strategic decision making, responsible for driving outstanding financial and operational performance”, our focus is to unlock value and drive superior performance for the Company.** **Key responsibilities as a team include:

- Provide financial insight and propose actions to improve the underlying financial performance of the FalconWorks business unit and the wider Air Sector business
- Supporting and partnering with the business to identify and implement ways to ensure all financial and operational targets are understood and achieved, including identification of business risks and opportunities
- Integrate cross functionally at a variety of seniority levels to become a trusted Finance Business Partner providing valuable information to support decision making
- Contribute to business cases to define the strategy and, understand the financial viability and benefits including delivering the strategy, driving margin expansion and cash conversion, ensuring that we are maximising shareholder value
- Provide financial support, review, and challenge to a variety of areas including 5 year Business Planning Cycle, bids, projects, capital expenditure, and internal investment

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Must be CIMA, ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner engaging with non-Finance staff and providing decision support to stakeholders - demonstrating business acumen and curiosity
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to reprioritise to meet key deadlines, good communication skills, team player, ability to challenge and influence the business and have a proactive and inquisitive nature. Someone who can adapt to change quickly and be an ambassador for the function

Desirable:

- Evidence of a true financial partner in the business with the ability to work with cross functional stake holders
- Experience in bid proposals and business cases
