Medical Secretary for very busy Diabetes/Endocrinology Department within ECMS at RAH. Excellent organizational & keyboard skills required. Trakcare & winscribe experience are preferred. Medical secretarial experience is preferred. Must have pleasant telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment. Required to make appointments, arrange admissions, type clinic letters/reports and prioritise workload. Management of consultant diary and clinics. Must be able to make decisions and prioritise workload.
