BAM FM are recruiting a Helpdesk Operator/ Scheduler to join the Northwest region and based out of our Salford Office. Working Hours are 36.25 per week. 08.00am - 4.15pm or 8.45am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.

**Your mission**
- Updating our CAFM & client operating system, ensuring all specific work orders are actioned.
- Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks.
- Pro-actively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.
- Arranging contractor service visits, co-ordinating with our clients.
- Producing client site log books and all other associated activity.
- Supporting other members on the help desk team as and when required.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Experience within a customer service based environment.
