As our **Customer Liaison Officer** you will manage and investigate incidents from internal and external customers and liaise across all divisions of the business to establish facts and assist in resolution. This is a permanent, full time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

**The duties of our Customer Liaison Officer**:

- Dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Effectively following up and monitoring outstanding incidents to resolution and closure, whilst managing your own workload efficiently and effectively
