Our fantastic client is currently seeking **a Resident Liaison Assistant**, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, **rapidly growing** company.

As a Resident Liaison Assistant, you will be responsible for providing **administrative** support to the team and supporting the management of **resident engagement** meetings.

**The role entails**:

- Providing a warm, professional, and courteous service to clients; acting as **the first point of contact** with enquires and referred telephone calls
- Building and maintaining strong **internal and external relationships**
- Providing general **administrative **support to the team, ensuring all the systems and processes are maintained
- Supporting other team members where required
- Scheduling works and appointments
- Any ad-hoc duties
- A **passion** for delivering excellent **customer service**
- Proven working experience within an **administrative/support**role
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills including Excel
- Excellent **interpersonal** skills; striving to build strong relationships with a can-do attitude
- The ability to prioritise and **meet deadlines**with proven experience of working under pressure and maintaining high workload
- Full **driving licence** and **own transport**
