**Main duties and responsibilities**

Are you passionate about supporting customers? We want to hear from you We are looking for a talented Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will assist our customers during their onboarding process on the Nexudus Platform. You will be responsible of the Customer’s accounts setup as part of their onboarding process, making sure their requirements are correctly gathered and implemented. In summary, your day to day duties would include:

- Work with the Training & Support teams to ensure that they are aware of how each account has been set up and implemented
- Assist with setting up existing integrations (Access control systems, accounting integrations, Google Calendar integrations etc)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and in-scope solution delivery
- Communicate with the Sales team and the customer through a new project implementation, managing project scope, risks and client expectations throughout the process
- Identify trends and patterns across implementations, putting together best practices and creating resources for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide insights from customer implementations that help shape our product roadmap

**Requirements**:

- Have onboarding, customer success, or customer support experience, or relevant qualification
- Proven communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP)
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken

**Bonus**:

- Fluent in Spanish would be a huge advantage for this role

**Job Type**:Full-time, Permanent

**Your journey with Nexudus**

**1-3 months**: You will learn the Nexudus platform, and complete ‘Basic Settings’ tasks, which would be setting up general data within new Nexudus accounts. You will learn the product using our purpose built training platform.

**3-6 months**:You will begin working on larger projects, and expand the implementation tasks you can complete including more advanced Nexudus features.

**6-9 months**:You will start becoming familiar with integrations that Nexudus has with other software platforms, and how these can be set up for our customers.

**9-12 months**:You will be taking control of the implementation process from start to finish, being able to complete basic settings and complex integration connections in a timely manner.

**12 months +**: We expect you would be capable of becoming a Senior Onboarding Specialist after 12-18 months, which would include attending pre sales meetings with the Sales team to assist with putting together the scope to pitch and close deals, before taking ownership of the implementation process.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
