We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud and Data Lead to join our team. As the Cloud and Data Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's cloud infrastructure and data management systems. You will work closelywith cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, and network resources, and identify areas for improvement
- Develop data management strategies, including data storage, backup, and recovery plans, and ensure data security and compliance
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and data management systems for performance and availability, and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Manage and mentor a team of cloud and data engineers, providing guidance and direction on technical projects and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud and data management technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure design and implementation, preferably using Azure.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- Experience with data management systems such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
