StreamAMG have a brand-new opportunity to help support and assist their customers via a helpdesk environment. You’ll be assisting with everything from subscription and account queries to technical challenges and assisting customer find where they can view our content.

You’ll be based on-site at our fabulous office in Media City, with the opportunity to work from home on a hybrid basis. Please note that due to the nature of covering live sporting events, the role will require working some unsociable hours, including some weekends.

What you’ll be doing**:
Offering first line support for front end user queries.
Identifying patterns in user behaviour and informing technical teams of larger issues.
Liaising with second line support teams to inform and resolve system issues when required.
Growing you knowledge of StreamAMG platforms and payment platforms, and using that to challenge yourself to resolve user issues faster.
