Psychological Therapist

You will be responsible for conducting specialist and complex assessments, to develop psychological formulations that inform evidence-based clinical interventions. You will provide specialist, focused psychological interventions as recommended by NICE guidelines and current literature; usually taking the form of trauma-focused interventions. You will contribute to developing a robust psychology service, aiming to offer high quality care in line with current guidance and evidence and adhering to appropriate clinical governance. To be successful in this role, the post holder will need to proactively and successfully work with partner agencies, women and birthing people, families, partners and community staff, to ensure we work as one, to provide the highest level of care.
