Sales Support Coordinator

John Crane in Manchester is seeking to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator to join the company on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- To provide Customer support with Order Book Management activities, including expediting, liaising with Operation plants, and Customer updates whilst tracking via our internal tool (EOL);
- To provide, alongside other Sales Support Coordinators, cover for reception activities (booking in of guests, arranging site training bookings, booking of meeting rooms, stationary ordering, hotels and taxi arranging, receipt of goods, etc);
- To provide various sales support activities (incl. regular liaison with operating plants & UK finance, cover for the office, pricing, report generation, etc);
- To provide cover for online Sales coordinators as and when required, involving quoting via CRM module and PO contract review/order entry via the business system, providing end-to-end support for the Customer.

**The Individual**
- Strong educational background with good Maths and English.
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role - with prior practical knowledge of customer liaison, order entry, contract review activities, office admin work, or customer services.
- The ability to multi-task and manage a wide variety of tasks from dealing with full utilization of Customer transactions on an ERP business system (SAP) for entering orders, quoting, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Excellent Computer and office skills including MS Office package, especially Excel.
- A can-do attitude with good people skills is key to the fulfillment of this role.
