Pertemps Managed Solutions have been engaged by a world renowned FMCG company to find the latest addition to their team, an Assistant Office Manager. The main aim of this is role is to provide excellent service to the organisation.
12 Month Contract
PAYE £15 - £18 per Hour
Onsite 4 days per week, 1 day work from home

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Workplace Effectiveness Manager with day-to-day office Environment Issues
- Responsible for all Purchase Orders relating to Workplace activities
- Assist with Budget Management, ensuring correct allocation of costs
- Any ad hoc admin requirements, along with setting up some processes.
- Assist with ensuring the that the office infrastructure and facilities are properly maintained through approved 3rd parties. These include building fabric and repair, security, grounds maintenance, carpark, internal decoration, services (electrical, mechanical,heating and environment control, alarms, controls, water and sewage waste disposal), fire protection, electrical testing, stand-by systems; operation of regular testing regimes.
- Co-ordination of small, short term projects to improve the facility
- Ensure adherence to new Covid Regulations within the facility
**Experience**:

- Strong Ability to build relationships
- Able to communicate at all levels of the business
- Good Judgement and problem solving ability
- Proactivity in issue resolution
- Good Excel skills
- Driving License
