**Creative Resourcer/Researcher**

**dahlingLDN** is a leading recruitment specialist agency within the creative advertising and marketing sector.

**What you’ll tell your friends you do**:
“I help global brands, creative agencies and marketing businesses in the UK, Europe and North America hire the best talent within their sector or market.”

**How you’ll do it**:

- By using every recruitment 'tool' at your disposal
- Build a deep understanding of role specific requirements, deep research on the sector by geeking out on the industry we operate in.
- Write creative, high quality job adverts to attract top talent.

**Requirements**:

- Previous research/sourcing experience is not essential, we hire for aptitude, attitude, personality and ability to learn.
- You must be up for a challenge with a strong desire to develop yourself.
- You have to be resilient, motivated to succeed.
- Good creative writing skills and attention to detail when matching skills to job requirements.
- Excellent time management, verbal and written communication and diary management
- Friendly The team is competitive and determined but friendly and sociable. If you’re competitive that’s a good thing but you must also believe in fair competition.
- Ability to actively build talent pipelines through consistent outreach
- Demonstrated history of employing multiple campaign strategies effectively connecting with high value prospects
- History of collaborative successes within a team environment
- Adept with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques, Machine Learning profile matching and integrated Application Tracking Systems
- Strong organisational skills and process driven.
- Genuine interest within art, creative, music, advertising or any other creative field is a massive bonus.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
