About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Creative Resource Strategist to join our team at Syneos Health in London. As a key member of our EU Communications department, you will be responsible for evolving the resource role and managing creative resources across business units.

Main Responsibilities

  • Resource Management: Ensure that creative resources are effectively matched with client project requirements, taking into account the skills and experience of Creative Department colleagues.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Manage and schedule creative resources efficiently, working closely with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Capacity Utilization: Maximize creative resource utilization, monitor capacity, and proactively address over or under-utilization.
  • Liaison and Consultation: Effectively communicate with Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Client Services colleagues to ensure accurate resource bookings and minimize blockers for the Creative Departments.

Key Requirements

  • Significant experience in creative resource/project management roles.
  • Excellent understanding of capacity planning, resource planning, and utilization figures.
  • Good networking skills and ability to build contacts lists for external vendors and internal resources.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of full Creative spectrum and ability to advise on resource requests across various capabilities.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, or Creative Arts).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative resource/project management roles.
