Murray Myers Recruitment are very pleased to be supporting their client with the recruitment of a dynamic Deputy Managing Director.

You will have to demonstrate a successful background in being able to manage a company with a turnover of approximately £8m. A sound commercial understanding together with people management skills are essential. Experience in sales management would be anadvantage.

Role Overview

Main Duties will include
- Oversee the smooth operation of all departments of the company.
- Manufacturing wise, there is a structure of a factory manager and foremen and team leaders, but if necessary, you will need to be 'hands-on’ if required.
- Assisting the senior management team with planning
- Achieve growth and assist in hitting sales targets
- Understanding of good engineering practices and design

Skills & Experience Required
- 10 years in management within a corporate setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Full driving licence although based at Head Office
