**We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Administrator who wants to make a difference**

**This role is perfect for an Office Admin, Graduate or post-Apprentice looking for long-term progression and stability**

**Working pattern**:

- Start: 5:00 am
- Finish: 2:00 pm
- Monday to Friday

**The role**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records by updating databases or using inventory management software.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Monitor transportation and logistics expenses, forwarding any cost-saving opportunities identified to relevant staff within the department.
- Prepare and process transport and logistics related documentation, distributing to recipients as appropriate and in line with the process.
- Input data related to inventory, shipments, and orders into the warehouse management system or relevant software.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Generate regular reports on operations and logistics performance to management.
- Identify and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping errors.
- General administration, e.g. printing, filing, scanning and copying, etc.
- Resolve and report transportation and logistics setbacks e.g., delays, damaged goods or missing shipments.
