**As a TradeChoice Transport Administrator, you will**:
- Develop and optimise transportation routes to minimise cost and delivery ETA.
- Schedule and track deliveries and ensure timely arrivals.
- Coordinate and monitor inventory, sharing and reporting on key metrics.
- Prepare and process transport and logistics related documentation, distributing to recipients as appropriate and in line with the process.
- Liaise with providers, suppliers, and distributors (internal and third party) to ensure timely collections and deliveries.
- Monitor transportation and logistics expenses, forwarding any cost-saving opportunities identified to relevant staff within the department.
- Resolve and report transportation and logistics setbacks e.g., delays, damaged goods or missing ship.
**Your working pattern**:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 6pm
- 60-minute break
**You**:
- Knowledge of inventory software/management systems.
- Experience in a similar administrative or logistics support role (desirable).
- Good knowledge of transport and logistics principles and regulations.
- Experience using logistics/supply chain software (e.g. Descartes).
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Effective and efficient in multitasking.

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
