**Full Job Description**
- Telephone / Switchboard duties.
- Monitor and order Office Supplies.
- Enter relevant information onto spreadsheets.
- Maintain plant hire.
- Filing (both paper and electronic)
- General Office/Adhoc duties.
- Entering, scanning and maintaining information onto our MI system.
- Booking and organising training courses.

**What skills and experience do you need?**
- Must have experience using Excel.
- Telephone system operation.
- IT Literate (excel, outlook & word).
- Strong Admin Background.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management skills.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- A flexible and positive approach when dealing with both colleagues, customers and workload.
- Excellent team ethos.
