**ROLE PURPOSE**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Intern to support our Social Media Manager across our schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation in a dynamic and international educational environment.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Assist the Social Media Manager in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Travel to other campuses to capture and create content that showcases our courses, events, and student life.
- Join Social Programme activities with students to film and document their experiences.
- Conduct research on current social media trends.
- Come up with content ideas to increase engagement and presence on platforms.
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and contests.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather content and ensure brand consistency.
**KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working environments.
- Familiarity with the educational sector is beneficial.
- Knowledge of a second language beside English is a plus.
**WHAT WE OFFER**:
- Full-time interns will receive a stipend of £150 per week along with a travel card committing up to 40 hours per week.
- This internship will give you valuable experience in Digital Marketing & Sales activities, insight and understanding of a fast growing, global brand, and the world of language education.
