Wren Healthcare focus on clinical excellence so joining us as a Bank Clinical Homecare Nurse will ensure that you are exposed to leading technologies and therapies. We focus on ensuring the care we provide is person centred to individual client needs.

Some of the accountabilities for this role include:

- Accountable for the competent and confident delivery of high-quality clinical care to all patients across nursing services
- Assist referring centres, hospitals and consultants in planning a smooth transition of patient care from secondary care to a homecare setting
- Participate in clinical audits to drive service improvements as appropriate
- Accountable for reporting all activity, risks and issues in line with Wren Healthcare policies and procedures
- Escalate to Line Manager, or appropriate referring clinician, any changes in patient's health and wellbeing, or information that requires reporting
- Assist with ongoing education and training of patients and families
- Communicate effectively, promoting open and trusting relationships
- To communicate complex and sensitive information effectively to patients, carers and other professionals involved in their care
- Provide support during distressing or emotional events
- Participate in surveys, audits and implementation of new services
- Maintain confidentiality in line with all current legislation

This role entails significant travel to cover our external customer needs, so you must have a your own vehicle and a Full Driving License.
- We will conduct an enhanced DBS check if successful.
