Job Description

The Role

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide exceptional leadership to care staff, ensuring that they are empowered to deliver high-quality care.
  • Supporting Residents: Support residents with complex needs and dependency levels, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Clinical Nursing: Deliver clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention, and control procedures.

We offer an estimated salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes paid annual NMC registration, Wagestream, bank holiday pay enhancements, career development opportunities, and hundreds of online discounts.

About You

  • NMC Registration: An NMC registered nurse is required for this role.
  • Clinical Assessment: Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
  • Care Planning: Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans.
