As **Administrato**r you will be joining a busy and fast paced team working for a highly successful and established food manufacturing company based in Banbury. The business specialises in supplying to the food industry and have a real passionfor building partnerships with their customers with ingredients of the highest quality. The role is full time, permanent, based in Banbury offering a starting salary of £24,000.

Purpose of the role is to provide administration support booking in container deliveries and posting invoices for all products.

**Key Accountabilities for the Administrator**:

- Posting invoices on the system within agreed timescales and SLAs
- Scheduling deliveries with clients
- Communicating with suppliers
- Maintaining all customer records correctly
- Ordering and arranging delivery of stock, ensuring stock rotation
- Liaising with internal teams
- Investigating any stock discrepancies
- Providing administration support with other departments

**Key Skills Required for the Administrator**:

- Invoice posting experience would be an advantage
- Experience in delivery scheduling
- Strong administration experience with the ability to multitask
- Solid customer service skills and rapport building skills
- Confident communicator
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Organised with a positive demeanour
