As Administrator you will be joining a small and supportive team. The role is temporary for a three-to-six-month period with the opportunity to become permanent. Offering £12.00 an hour initially working Monday to Friday then in January moving onto fourdays on four days off working 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. The role is based onsite just outside Banbury in Chipping Warden.

Key Accountabilities for the Administrator Role:

- Handling enquiries in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal teams on a daily basis
- Providing administration support
- Working to deadlines
- Maintaining and updating the bespoke database
- Running daily reports

Key Skills Required for the Administrator Role:

- Administration experience
- Solid IT skills including all Microsoft Office
- Previous fleet experience would be an advantage
- Highly organised with excellent levels of attention to detail
- Adaptable in a changing environment
- Confident communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking
- Experience of working with a CRM system would be an advantage

What's in it for you?
- Initially Mon - Fri while training, from Jan rota of 4 days on 4 days off
- £12.00 an hour, paid weekly
- 8.00 am to 5.00 pm with half an hour for lunch and two 15 min breaks
