Holt Executive is partnered with a global connectivity business, situated at the forefront of global mobile communications innovation. They are recruiting for an experienced**Lease Delivery Manager** to join their team in**London.**

Our client leases out its telecommunications spectrum to customers who need complete ownership and control of their communication solutions. The Lease Delivery Manager is responsible for the smooth delivery of Lease products from submission of a Lease requestthrough to the End of Lease contract.

Key responsibilities of the **Lease Delivery Manager**:

- Check the validity of the submitted lease requests and verify the content within them.
- Monitor the progress of lease requests through the process and take action should a request deviate.
- Ensure the outputs of the process are delivered on time to the relevant stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve stakeholder queries.
- Uphold the accuracy and consistency of information entered into the lease database.
- Produce reports on the state of the Lease Requests and the active Lease contracts.
- Provide training to stakeholders on the lease process and how they interact with it.
- Enhance the process in response to new lease products and improvement analysis.

Key requirements for the**Lease Delivery Manager**:

- Experience in a process coordination role.
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills, with an eye for accuracy and a desire for consistency.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence others without having authority over them.
- Reporting on delivery of work to an SLA and measuring performance using KPI.
- Ability to work independently and take a logical approach to manage workflow.
- Familiarity with Salesforce would be beneficial.
- Application of formal process improvement techniques is desirable.
