**The Company**

This is an amazing opportunity to work at a top UK bank as a Sanctions Screening Manager bringing your experience within sanctions screening to provide advisory and oversight within the 2LOD, supporting the 2LOD and 1LOD.

**The Role**

As a Sanctions Screening manager, you will be working within a team to:

- Defining requirements relating to list management
- Working with the delivery teams to help the system fit regulations and company requirements
- Leading a team and management of that team
- Overseeing sanctions screening from a second line perspective
- Communicating with 1LOD and 2LOD daily

**Your skills and experience**

For you to be successful as a Sanctions Screening manager, you will need:

- Experience working with Sanctions Screening (within financial crime)
- Experience working on financial crime projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience as a Product Manager
- Experience working with Sanctions projects

**Benefits**
