An award-winning international law firm is looking for an experienced communications professional to join a friendly, collaborative and creative team as their Internal Communications Manager.

As a key member of the BD team, you will be integral to its success and impact. You will work with the Senior Communications Manager to develop and deliver a global internal communications strategy that supports the firm’s vision, values and growth plans,ensuring alignment with the firm’s developing external communications strategy. The successful applicant will be required to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders globally at all levels, to ensure the adoption of best internalcommunications practice including cohesive messaging, effective personal and team communications and cascade mechanisms. You will be responsible for maintaining an effective communications infrastructure of tools and channels that enable flexible, agile andcreative communication, reflecting the firm's brand, tone of voice and style guide. It is essential that the Internal Communications Manager keeps abreast of developments in channel and content management, with a view to introducing innovative approaches wherepossible to improve two-way engagement. The role holder will be tasked with the management of the firm's intranet on a daily basis, including corporate content, supporting and motivating a community of intranet champions and editors and upholding standardsand governance. Leading on the development of communications plans for flagship transformation programmes will also represent a key area of focus.
