**What will you be doing?**

You’ll oversee the maintenance and effective operation of our refurbished office and its facilities, ensuring that the building is safe, and that we comply with all relevant H&S legislation and regulations. You’ll be responsible for:

- Overseeing external 3rd party contractors for security, cleaning, maintenance, renovations, and office space reconfigurations.
- Complying with all relevant safety, health and building maintenance regulations.
- Supervising a facilities assistant.
- Acting as front of house for welcoming visitors, responsibility for deliveries and general reception duties.
- Delivering new employee health, safety, environment and facilities inductions, including office familiarisation, security and fire evacuation training. Providing general admin duties, including, internal communications, intranet uploads, recognition scheme awards, org chart updates and other admin tasks as and when directed by the Director of HR & Talent.
- Responsibility for ordering consumables for staff kitchens, WCs, stationary & sundries such as tea, coffee, milk, buffets, etc.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with PPM contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders as well as ensuring that electrical testing certificates, PAT testing and building compliance checks are carried out effectively and on time.
- Responsible for office health, safety and environmental duties e.g. fire alarm testing & drills, H&S risk assessments, incident & accident logs etc and keeping the environmental management system up to date.

**What you’ll need**
- Ideally a H&S qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
- Environmental management system awareness (ISO14001).
- Experience of supervising colleagues.
- Management or supervision of 3rd party suppliers, contracts and due diligence such as, insurances, RAMS, competency and training.
- Fire Marshal competency certificate.
- First Aid certificate.
- Strong admin skills, such as MS Office experience, including Teams, Visio, Excel.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated but with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
- Excellent levels of attention to detail to ensure your work is accurate and of high quality.
- Demonstrating resilience and agility in your approach to work - we're fast paced and sometimes we’ll need to juggle or prioritise.
