_Arboricultural Groundsperson_

We are looking for a Groundsperson to work as part of a team with an established group, in a friendly well organised business in the Esher area, working predominately in Elmbridge and surrounding boroughs on both domestic and commercial contracts.
- Must be reliable, well presented and hardworking.
- May suit a more mature tree surgeon no longer wanting to climb, but wanting to stay in the business.
- You will be responsible in assisting the lead climber from the ground. Maintaining tools and equipment.
- **Must have Aerial Rescue qualification and MEWP licence.**:

- **Full driving licence is required.**:

- Continual professional development provided, along with excellent facilities at our yard based in Esher, Surrey.
- Must be hardworking, polite, presentable and ultra reliable.
- 28 days leave (inc Bank Holidays).
- Phone allowance.
- Performance bonus and Saturday overtime when available and required.
- All PPE supplied after successful three month trial period.
- Salary **FROM **£25k. PAYE.
- Immediate start required.
