CSR are recruiting for one our rapidly growing clients in the Newry area. Specialising in delivering services in Social housing, FM AND Commercial Industries across the UK and Ireland. They are seeking to add to their already brilliant team an Accounts Administrator. This role requires an individual to be able to multitask and prioritise workload due to the nature of this busy role.

Our client is an energetic, young company growing rapidly in the, heating, renewable energy, electrical, mechanical and air conditioning markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Code, process and file high volumes of purchase invoices for multiple suppliers
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Raise credit queries
- Liaising with heads of departments and external suppliers
- Processing of customer invoices and receipts to the Sales Ledger
- Processing invoices to other Group companies and agreeing month end balances
- Analysis and posting of employee expenses
- Assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports
- Assist in the preparation of year end audit files for the company
- Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks
- Undertake any reasonable duties as requested by management

**Essential Requirements**
- 5 GCSE’s (Grade C or above) - to include English and Maths
- Good communication skills
- Will have previous experience of the above and be able to process high volumes, whilst maintaining accuracy
- Be proficient in excel
- Good attention to detail is essential with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
