Accencis Consulting Ltd is an independent ERP consulting firm dedicated to providing advice on ERP systems and their functionality for the smooth running of your business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and desired website functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, including site structure, layout, color schemes, typography, and visual elements.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts that effectively communicate the desired user experience and align with clients' branding guidelines.
- Create visually appealing designs using industry-standard design tools, considering user interface (UI) and UX principles to enhance usability and conversion rates.
- Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.
- Provide expert recommendations on front-end development technologies, frameworks, and platforms that best suit clients' requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final website.
- Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to iterate and enhance the design based on user behavior and preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies, and share knowledge and insights with the team and clients.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent quality across multiple projects.
- Possess a strong design for print and web qualification with extensive experience in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for both print and digital mediums.
- Proficient in utilizing design software and tools for print production, including layout design, typography, colour theory, and image editing.
- Experienced in developing designs for various print materials, such as brochures, magazines, posters, and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality output and effective communication of key messages.
- Proficient in web design principles, including responsive design, mobile optimization, and user interface (UI) design, to create visually engaging and user-friendly websites.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies, enabling the translation of design concepts into functional web elements.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design deliverables across different mediums.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in design for print and web, continually enhancing skills and knowledge in the field.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including writers, developers, and marketers, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and target audience needs.
- Ability to develop branding guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Ability to conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Utilized a strong understanding of the principles of visual communication to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Proficient in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Wordpress, QuarkXpress and Cinama4D to produce high-quality and professional graphics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.), Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.
- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web design projects, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
