- Our client pride themselves on being the leading provider of high-quality Orangeries, Conservatories, Garden Rooms, Glazed Extensions, and Windows and Doors in the Buckinghamshire region. As they continue to grow and expand their sales operations, they’reseeking talented and ambitious individuals to join their team as Window & Door Sales Consultants.
- Based in their High Wycombe Showroom and serving the Buckinghamshire area, you'll have the opportunity to work with homeowners and help them transform their living spaces into their dream homes. As a key member of their sales team, you'll be responsiblefor meeting with homeowners, offering expert advice and a wide range of options to suit their needs, and closing sales with your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge.
- They’re looking for motivated, passionate self-starters with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. You should have a friendly, enthusiastic personality and a desire to help others achieve their home improvement goals. You should also be anenterprising, creative thinker with a keen eye for design and the ability to take ownership of projects from concept to creation.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with homeowners to provide support and help create their dream home, offering different suggestions and options to suit their needs
- Building effective relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring these contribute to business success through exceptional customer service
- Accurately measuring for windows, doors, porches, and roofline products
- Offering different suggestions and options to suit the customer's needs and aspirations
- Addressing sales goals and adjusting to customer needs to close a sale
- Demonstrating confidence to the customer, explaining the quality of the product and the benefits of industry-leading products
- Displaying a genuine caring approach and helping the customer solve problems to fill the needs that their home currently lacks
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of the wide range of features and benefits
- Complying with legal requirements of the FCA when demonstrating finance options
