**Projects Administrator - 4 day working week**

Our client is a well-established leading company in their field of bespoke life safety, fire and security systems. They are looking for an organised, adaptable and confident administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment to join their team.
**Duties Include**
- Logging and allocating tenders, assisting with collation /formatting of tender information and making sure the tender is submitted on correct date
- Setting up of quote templates
- Processing orders
- Assisting on the monitoring and reporting of sales forecast
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery times are met
- Printing, labelling and (where applicable) marking up drawings
- Preparing quote documents
- Diary management
**You must be**
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
**Experience.**
- Office admin experience is essential
- Experience in a sales or projects administration role is desirable but not essential
**Working hours**
Part time - Flexible to individuals’ availability (office based)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
