Part-time Compliance Administrator

Alabaré are a charity supporting vulnerable, homeless and marginalised people. We help them transform their lives, providing accommodation and helping them gain the skills, confidence and opportunities to live fulfilled lives.
Alabaré are looking for a part-time Compliance Administrator to join our Learning Disabilities service based in Salisbury although not office bound. This position calls for a flexible approach providing compliance administration support to the LD Management Team. Maintaining the compliance of the service within Health and Safety Regulations.

- Full time equivalent annual salary £22,093.50 rising to £22,600.50 after a probation period.
- Part-time contract available 20 - 25 hours per week Monday to Friday to be discussed at interview
- Double time on nominated Bank Holidays.

- Experience of working within a Health and Social Care setting
- Experience of administration
- Experience of working unsupervised using own initiative
- Experience of working within a team
- Ability to form and maintain professional working relationships with a range of individuals
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Experience of forming and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries
- Competent IT skills
- Experience and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and related issues
- Ability to record information accurately, objectively and within prescribed timescales
- To currently hold or be committed to personal development through training leading towards a recognised qualification.
- To hold a full valid driving licence with access to a road worthy vehicle and business insurance.

All staff will be required to complete training on Safeguarding Adults and Young People within their first week of employment.
