**Purpose of the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and effective administrator, preferably with a strong background working within the Repairs & Maintenance team of a housing association. This is a temporary, short-term appointment to support our Maintenance Manager, processing all requests for property repairs and scheduling works with contractors and in-house operatives. This is an office based role in West Wickham, Kent. (Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00) and remote or blended working arrangements are not suited to the role.

Whilst prior knowledge of diagnosing repairs, raising work orders, monitoring completion and effectively liaising with contractors is desirable, we may consider an experienced administrator who has the proven ability to quickly take on a role in a new environment.

You will be the first point of contact for our residents and will process a variety of enquiries, maintain in-house systems and as such, good communication and organisational skills are essential. We require an immediate start and as this is a temporary role, we are seeking to appoint an experienced individual who can confidently and responsibly deliver a high standard of service to our residents with mínimal assistance.
