**Education & professional Qualifications**:
**Essential criteria**:

- GCSE level A
- NVQ level 2 or above supervision experience
- IT Literate
- Racking safety awareness course

**Desirable criteria**:

- Counterbalance forklift license

- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse &supply chain environment,
- NHS experience
- Experience of effective communication skills when dealing with staff and user/customer
- Aisle master/Flexi/Bendi B1 forklift license

**Desirable criteria**:

- Previously worked with quality management systems & logistics systems
- Counterbalance license
