**The Role**

This role would suit a highly experienced Finance Administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives on accuracy and attention to detail.

Day to day you will be responsible for:
This highly engaging role will work within an experienced Finance team and is primarily responsible for supporting a range of day-to-day financial administration and some other office duties including:

- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Invoicing/Billing
- Bank reconciliations and reports
- Posting journals and processing accruals
- Expense processing and reconciliations
- Responding to Finance enquiries in a timely manner
- Assisting in month end reporting
- Reconciliation of invoices as required
- Other office administration when required

This role offers a mix of day-to-day accounting and office administration duties and is an ideal post for an experienced Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper who is seeking a varied role.

**Your Skills**
- Payable/Receivable and general accounts reconciliations administration experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience in the use of Accounting Software (MYOB and Xero) is desired but not essential
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, Outlook & Share Point
- Prior exposure to a multicurrency payments environment is highly desirable but not essential
- Willing and flexible approach to a range of accounting tasks and general office administration duties

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
