Sales Admin

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison with clients, responding to enquiries and providing non-technical assistance as required
- Handling initial enquiries, logging them on to our system and sharing them with the relevant department
- Supporting the sales team with proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Preparing and submitting estimates and identifying any additional notes or requirements
- Liaising with suppliers to procure materials in a timely and cost-efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all project documentation, including contracts, estimates, orders, and invoices
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other material for internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in regular team meetings and providing support to colleagues as appropriate
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience in customer service or administration
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Desirable:
- Experience in a sales or estimating environment
- Knowledge of the construction industry and processes
- Experience of using project management software and CRM systems
- A qualification in business administration or a related field
