**Job Title**: Customer Service Call Handler / Admin - Sales Team
**Location**:Birkenhead
**Job Type**:Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000 - £26,000 per year
**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Liaison**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Liaise between customers, the scheduling team, and the production team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
**Order Processing**:
- Input all relevant information into the Shuttleworth system accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers with order customization.
**Data Management**:
- Utilize Excel and other tools for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order details.
- Generate reports as needed to support decision-making processes.
**Problem Resolution**:
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to customer interactions, orders, and inquiries.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
