**Position Overview**: Total Staff is seeking an Order Processing Executive on behalf of our client. This role involves managing online sales, optimizing product listings, and contributing to the company's continued growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently process online orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize current product listings and enhance content for improved visibility and sales performance.
- Handle customer service inquiries and maintain high standards of communication.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement opportunities for enhancing our online storefronts.
- Maintain delivery standards and ensure customer expectations are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong ability to process information accurately and swiftly.
- Self-motivated with a proactive work approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to manage time effectively.
- Computer literate with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in online selling platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and eBay.

- Amazon, eBay + Online Selling: 1 year (required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Sales Order Processing: 1 year (required)
