**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Ecommerce Advisor (Nights) should have:

- A strong interest in the retail industry and ecommerce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within an online retail environment.
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms used in ecommerce.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
