Overview:
We are a growing startup looking for a passionate and experienced HR Team Lead to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our culture and employee experience. You will lead and mentor our HR team, develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in building a high-performing HR function that supports our rapid growth and fosters a positive environment for all employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Talent Management:

- Identify and attract top talent aligned with our company values and growth goals.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Design and oversee employee development and career progression programs.
- Create and manage performance management systems that drive individual and team success.
- Employee Relations:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with all employees, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
- Address employee concerns effectively and confidentially.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Design and implement efficient and effective recruitment processes.
- Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs that integrate new hires seamlessly into the team.
- Manage hiring budgets and resources effectively.
- Compliance & Training:

- Stay up-to-date on all relevant HR laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance and equip employees with necessary skills.
- Manage HR administrative tasks and documentation accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of success in strategic talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a positive company culture.
- Proficiency in HR software and technologies.
